360 Chiropractic Hosts Patient Appreciation Week; Raises Funds For The Anna Marie Alliance

As part of their 9th official Patient Appreciation Week July 12-16, 360 Chiropractic in Sartell generated nearly $10,000 in free services to their patients in exchange for donations totaling nearling $1,600 for the Anna Marie Alliance.

"This event is a unique way we can give back to both our patients and our community at the same time," said Dr. Jon Anderson, owner of 360 Chiropractic.

During the event, 360 Chiropractic's practitioners: Dr. Jon Anderson, Dr. Brent Venables and Dr. Marc Anderson treated nearly 200 patients to courtesy wellness adjustments in exchange for donations for the Anna Marie Alliance which totaled more than $1,600. The Anna Marie Alliance is a local organization that provides safe shelter, support and referral services for battered women and their children and promotes violence prevention within our community.

"We have designated the funds for our School Youth Project," said Maxine Barnett, Anna Marie's Executive Director. The School Youth Project provides early intervention to prevent or reduce violence in relationships and teaches healthy relationship skills to hundreds of elementary, middle and secondary school students through educational support groups, individual support and classroom presentations in Stearns and Benton counties.

"We have heard from students who have been victimized as well as those who have perpetrated acts of violence about how our programs have changed their lives," Barnett said. "Our hope is that what they learn can be passed from generation to generation and peer to peer. Thank you to the patients and staff at 360 Chiropractic for caring so deeply about our work."

"Being able to fund a program such as this is exactly why we created our Patient Appreciation Week," Dr. Anderson said. "The bonus is that our patients see how much we value their health as well as the well-being of their community. The response and generosity of our patients to this event has been tremendous."
